About the Author
Timm Siebeneck was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has been an English teacher for the better part of 16 years. He has taught German, French and English at a language institute in Washington, D.C. and has practiced as a translator of Germanic and Romance languages. Moreover, Mr.
Siebeneck has engaged in studying and producing art since childhood. All of the
selections of art presented in this book are samples of the author’s work. Mr.
Siebeneck is also the author of Rocheport: History of a River Town and Cooking
Up History in Elston, Missouri. He now lives in Rocheport, Missouri, where he
runs a small independent bookstore and art gallery. When Mr. Siebeneck is not
engaged in one of the abovementioned professions, he can be found cycling the
Katy Trail or catching the fantastic sunset from his back porch.
